She is commercially focussed and unapologetic about designing solutions that are aligned with, and serve, business outcomes.
Amanda is former M&A and employment lawyer and executive leader across HR, Safety, Marketing, Comms and Business Transformation. For more than two decades, she has supported Boards, CEOs and their organisations to lead people, business improvement and transformation projects in complex organisations.
Now, as head of APTO Consultants, she draws on her unique combination of experience to help business leaders cut through the noise, uncover insights, and make a (realistic) plan to get from where they are to where they need to be.
